No you see them right outside concerts and druggies are using them

I've never been to a concert, but may I suggest if you don't see these, perhaps you're at the wrong concerts.

Probably because most people have realised that smoking is bad for you so less people do it nowadays. and there is pretty much no other reason to be carrying a lighter anyway so...
