Traveling with the cat

My old cat would go camping with us everywhere we went. We never kept her locked up in the RV. She was free to roam around as she pleased and came back every single time.

I can imagine them driving at like 70mph and the cat decides to go out and gets flung back against the cage

When we were driving through Canada to move to Alaska my cat wasn't litter trained because he refused to be so every like 100 miles we had to stop and clean out the travel cage and him and the other cats but at the end of the 2,500 mile trip he decided to start using the litter box. Thanks Canada.
