True. Don't get me wrong I'd live the shit out of that place right where it is. Also goes to show we could eliminate our homeless problem if we reeeally wanted to.

Look at the size inside the ceiling is to tall and the front when shown does not so the same height it's fake!!

If you look closely the front roof inclines slowly then jumps up. The angle the exterior pic is taken hides the slow incline. There's a 13 minute youtube video about it. Just type in "alley garage turned into apartmen" and it's on the first page. Looks awesome with some tree's and bushes around it.

I saw this on some home show; it is NOT in a bad neighborhood. The person who purchased the garage wanted to live in this area but could not afford the prices of homes. So he purchased the garage and converted it into his home. Location is somewhere in Europe.
