To be fair, an accent mark and the masculine form of "the" are the only differences between those words. I used to have fun with that in Spanish class.

Papa, papa, and papá. In that order we have Pope, potato, and father. There's no accent mark in the Spanish word for Pope because the grammar rules do not allow it. There's is an emphasis, but no accent mark. The only difference between papa (potato) and Papa (Pope), is that the later begins with a capital letter.

Thank you, it's been awhile and I confused father in there. That's what I was thinking of then.
