OCD is different from perfectionist. In OCD, you don't want things to go perfect, but you want to get rid of the image inside your head that something is always not right (obsessive) and you have to do something about it RIGHT NOW (compulsive). So, a person doesn't need ADD to feel what you've just written, unless what you mean by OCD here is different from the scientific one.
