Little story behind the composition: This was made by music composer Hans Zimmer, who created the film score for the Dark Knight trilogy. It was created after the theater shooting that took place in the city of Aurora Colorado, in memory of the lives lost. Hope you guys enjoy!

Also, Hans's music sounds like bacon pizza tastes. He did the soundtrack for Inception too.

He's been in a crap load of films. (even some video games). And his pieces are amazing. I would say the best movie to find where his music has really affected a film, is interstellar. Some of the scenes are relatively quiet but with the music the intensity and feel of the scene is much more felt.

Yea Insterllar was by far the best cinematic theater movie in a long time. I've always thought how badass it would be to have Hanz and someone like Yanni in the same stadium. Like a battle with both of them on opposite ends but the music coming together. It would be expensive tho. I saw Yanni a few years ago and my ticket was $600. 6Th row middle was a awesome seat tho.

Holy hell! $600, is a lot! Also dig yanni's style, but i enjoy more intense orchestral, whereas Yanni usually has a very chilled vibe. Still love his stuff though, and listen to it for studying all the time.

Yea it was a lot. Bit holy shit when he played "The Storm" it was raining between the stage and us. The live show is worth every cent. Plus I got to meet the old guy violinist. He was like 4ft tall.

Funfacts: hans chose the pipe organ as the main instrument for the interstellar soundtrack because it looks like part of a spaceship, also because he thought it captured the emotion that was the main part of the film. Critics thought that it was too overpowering especially while people were speaking but was symbolic for how emotions are stronger than what words can capture. Also it broke an imax theater.

I heard that it was the director Chris Nolan that said to Hans that he wanted something religious to the soundtrack.
