Maybe they used a tow truck to lift it back onto dry land?

But as soon as the tow truck lifts the front of the car up it will be angled straight back at the water and pulling the tow truck towards it. Or if you try to pull it forward it will demolish the whole undercarriage because it's not on its wheels anymore. It's not good for that poor car :(
