i mean, i think at least some space for boobs on armor is logical, i think my tits would be uncomfortable in armor shaped for a mans chest, but theres no reason for it to be literally shaped like (perfect) boobs.

The problem with boob shaped armor is the fact that it wouldn't be as strong and can be more of a hindrance than helpful. If you were a woman going into war with plate armor, you're most likely binding your chest anyways.

What if you have big tits and you are wearing flat chest armor....How much will it hurt to have you breasts squished for that long amount of time?

Binders exist. Not like the ones you put papers in, but the ones to contain the tatas. Of course, it would be better for a slightly expanded chest area, but having the metal mold to the boobs just seems uncomfortable..
