Science of cooking for the geeks out there

I have his I'm just here for the food and I'm just here for more food cookbooks. My absolute favorite cookbooks. He's a big reason why I'm as good a cook as I am. :D

He is Alton Brown, host of the tv show 'good eats' and many other shows on the food network. He is essentially the bill nye of the food and cooking world. He doesnt just teach recipes. He teaches the science behind why various cooking methods work the way they do.

Also, he fought Sterling Archer and won!

He's also the Welch's Grape juice commercial guy.
