Right?? Turning a page is so much easier than playing a new episode...

Its so much easier to lie to yourself with each page and chapter and tell yourself it will be the last one.

You have to have a bed light on to read properly, so the higher levels of light would make it harder to fall asleep?

On I'll just read a bit now that I've got some quiet time... And then I notice the dawn.

Usually i just watch a YouTube video until i fall asleep

Sleep? As in stop reading? I cant. Kelsey and Ren are in a cave trying to break a curse. I can't just leave them like this.

They say this because the light from your screen can trick your brain into thinking it's still daylight and it'll be harder to fall asleep. But I couldn't agree more, who needs sleep when you have a great book?
