I agree that guest is out of line. But the whole "make an account and stop being a coward" thing is stupid. If they made an account you still wouldnt know who they are. The only benefit would be for you to downvote them and make them create a new account. But if they made the account as a throw away account then it wouldnt really matter if they got banned.
