Ohhh. Well I just don't see him in the water since you can see his shadow. If I saw what you saw then I guess that'd be a trip

What I see is the ladder connecting the bottom and the top. However, since the guy sitting on the edge has his feet in the water its technically not the top, it is the other side of the pool. I have no idea if anyone but me understands what I mean from that, but there you guys go.
