As per the Conan episode with this my friend and I thought it'd make a fun rule in Kings Cup.

I don't get why it works like this for y'all, but at least here in Brazil the daylight savings make the sun sets later.

When it's winter you set the clock back, so what should be 7 is now 6, as the sun rises later .. And people should get as much sun as possible (I assume) During summer it's the opposite..
