If I had the money, I'd enjoy a gaming PC. Do consoles offer 60 fps? :/

Most 30fps things use motion blur so it looks much smoother

Id rather have lower resolution and 60fps any day

You can have it for a handful of dollars. Buy a NES (or its Japanese equivalent, the Famicom).

Except this .gif runs at 50 fps. It has 37 frames and each is displayed for 0.02 seconds for a runtime of 0.74 seconds before repeating. (37 frames)/(0.74 seconds)=50 fps
