Maybe it helps, but I feel like it's a bit too complicated... Could try with one of each maybe... When having an anxiety attack it's very hard to concentrate on multiple things, but I'll try it

When I get hit with anxiety I do my 666 technique. Breathe in for 6, hold for 6, breathe out for 6, then offer a commendable sacrifice for the lord of Hell.
