I had a neighbour I used to visit frequently in the late 90s early 2000s, after watching a VHS at her house, she would use this machine that would automatically rewind the tape once u place the tape inside it. It was magical
Totes! I mean retro stuff are great, "the kids these days" won't miss out on them. There is an amazing kulture to explore so of course kids will look into it!
i remember and i was born in 1998 (i assume i count as a "kid these days"), im in a poor family, we didnt get a dvd player until 2006 so all we had was vhs. also i still have a lot of movies on vhs.
i remember rewinding 101 Dalmations years ago and playing it to see how far along it was even though it hadnt been rewinding long. I managed to play it on the moment Cruella de Vil's eyes are all crazy, the one moment in the film that I was scared shitless of
No one said anything about 90s kids. They said todays kids. Not todays teenagers, not todays preteens, todays kids. Meaning the people who are literally 10 years or younger right now. Who will never have had access to this technology and have only known dvds and or blu rays. The fine bros even had a kids react video about vhs and vcr and the younger kids were genuinely dumbfounded by them and shocked that people used to have to rewind movies.
All of us would wait so excitedly for the movie to finish rewinding
I was born 2001,why are you going to the conclusion i'm a 90's kid?
Socially, it ended around 2005
