How to cleverly hide your key

I tried this in my apartment building and it did NOT turn out well

buT THERE ARE PINECONES EVERYWHERE WHERE I LIVE

But I have no other pinecones near me ? That would look so out of place

What if someone kicks it and it doesnt fly off, they get curious and pull it out?

Your hands will get dirty if you get locked out! Assuming you can find it.

It will look suspicious if there's no pine tree around though

find all of the pine cones

And then loose it
