It looks to me like they have the Green, but not a Blue. Or maybe the one at the end is suppose to be Blue, but just has a lot of Green too,

Well based on the logo this is a newer season of power ranger which in all likely hood. Means its actually meant to represent the blue ranger which has somehow morphed into more of a turquoise color in recent seasons

In all likelihood the color is probably like that because of the program used to change the colors
