I'm surprised with this; you can't just stroll into a data center and pictures are usually forbidden.

maybe it was approved photography by someone Google knows can take pictures without revealing anything important

theres probably different degrees of public and hidden with something the size of google, this is probably an area deliberately set up to be seen.
