This piercing looks like the "diamond piercing" on face of one of the Bond's villains... It was in "Tomorrow never dies", I guess...

No, he was near sonething with diamonds during his fight with Bond in a plastic surgery clinic, there were some explosions, and the villaind got hit in the face with diamond shrapnel, which got stuck in fis face. I just thought it looked similar.
