There's been a huge growth in population, right? Before, the Big Guy would do it all himself because it wasn't too bad. But the sheer number of children got to be too much, so he created divisions to deal with certain regions. Nordics (including Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, and Iceland), Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Russia, China, the rest of Asia, Oceana (that Australian region), Canada, eastern US and Western US (that includes Alaska and Hawaii), Central America, South America, and miscellaneous (including ransoms islands, Sealand, and Greenland, ect). Within each division is that division's "Claus." The Big Guy coordinates everyone and the elves have stations all over the world so each division has what it needs for presents. The Big Guy also is the sole keeper and judge for the naughty and nice list, which he delivers out only once he's delivered his verdict for that year.
