I've seen where some people leave what looks to be a 10 or a 20 til you unfold it and then a small paper with a bible verse

My sister used to work at applebees. She had a $5 tip, but when she unfolded the bill it was a bible verse and under the verse it said, "some things are better than money"

If the customers had left an average or good tip, she and her coworkers wouldn't think that Christians are jerks. Some things ARE better than money, so show some love by parting with a little of yours.

As a Christian, I hate when people do this. It's a cop out, and makes the rest of us look bad. Some things are better than money, but this person also had to work for a living.
