Actually, only half of the Netherlands will be flooded. The phenomenon is called 'Amersfoort aan zee' (Amersfoort, a city, by the sea)

The US actually has some of the lowest emissions of industrialized nations, according to NASA. It should be India and China

Also those, "smokestacks" in the background look like the shape of cooling towers from a nuclear reactor. which is completely clean
