Where do you think that blood cells (life span of about 3 months) go when they die? They don't go to blood heaven. That's what most of your waste is. Your shit is mostly dead red blood cells and food waste. Bleed on a paper towel or something and let it sit for a day or two, it turns brown.

The body will recycle red blood cells. Iron is reused. Remaining waste (say bilirubin) is excreted, helping to give feces it's color. However, you will not have actual red blood cells in your waste, barring a malfunction.
