At a stoplight, if someone in a car yells "Chinese fire drill," everyone in the car gets out, runs around, and changes seats.

Not sure how it actually got the name, but it's when a car stops at a red light, and everyone gets out and runs around it at random. When the light turns green, everyone jumps quickly back in wherever they are. Everyone ends up in a random seat, so hopefully they've all got driver's licenses because any one of them can endvup behind the wheel.
