Actually a severely depressed birthrate is a real and severe problem in Japan. One of its causes is the otaku culture. This isn't a joke.

That's not how it works I would think

thinking about sexual intercourse makes my penis erect so I have to use my hand to grip my penis and stroke it until my semen got ejaculated and I experience an orgasm. I'll do it again tonight.
