At 5'8" and weighing 120pounds in high school I thought I was huge. After having two kids and being divorced and remarried- I am now at 160. Much healthier but I still struggle with my idea of "fat"
Yea, the metabolism crashed far earlier than I expected. I eat half the calories and hit the gym... but you just have to box up the old high school clothes and buy some adult stuff that fits.
I hate the adult stuff! It looks like old people clothes!! I get that I won't be wearing miniskirts and halter crop tops ever again (and I'm good with that lol) but come on- one nice looking pair of jeans that aren't high waisted mom jeans?? Or after age 25 and children are we just condemned to wear elastic pants and sweatshirts that boast about "my kids are my life"??
