True. In the first week of volleyball for school, the girls and I (who'd played club for years) practiced and the worst our arms got were a lil red. Another girl who hadn't ever played club had purple splotches up and down her forearms lol

I get the same from cheer on my upper arms. It sometimes looks disgusting when it changes colors from blue to purple to yellow to red but well, it shows the hard work!
