tbh i dont think this should be downvoted, if you think you're too good for this information you will be disappointed when you get your first place and find out a week later the toilet works every other flush

I like the window screens one- I didn't notice my first apartment had some screenless Windows until I moved in my cat almost fell out of the 4th story window

As a person in the market for a house, I also find this to be a useful reminder.
