That's strange, over here in Australia I think it was about 40-80 schools were told of possible bomb threats. They said on the news that it was likely it was hackers, whether they are part of the Islamic State or not, I have no idea. I remember that there were reports globally that many schools overseas have been affected by such warnings too, so not just the US and Australia. I think I may have heard in the UK as well, but I'm not sure

I haven't heard anything about the calls from blocked numbers though, that's new to me. I didn't hear anything about students where I am receiving no caller id calls.

Try not to let it affect you mate, just treat them like telemarketers. Just don't answer the phone from a blocked number. I wish I could help you out more. I also looked around on the internet about the threats, there was a French teen that was involved in these global hoaxes about a month ago, its probably just him and some pals mucking around.
