Zootopia in real life

From the largest elephant to the smallest shrew, the city of Zootopia is a mammal metropolis where various animals live and thrive. When Judy Hopps (Ginnifer Goodwin) becomes the first rabbit to join the police force, she quickly learns how tough it is to enforce the law. The point is that instead of humans evolving, all the other animals did instead. So they no longer respond to animalistic impulse. It is assumed they get their nutrients through other non-meat sources.

We eat meat and aren't animalistic (for the most part). Wouldn't there still be a food chain? Surely there would be a dominant species?
