It's an issue both sides need to understand:
1) being Transgender is a mental disorder.
It is a real thing, known as gender dysphoria. Whether or not you "agree" with it, it's real.
2) It's a respect issue on both sides.
If someone ask you to call them a she instead of a he then at a minimum try at least a little bit.
However, if you are trans, do NOT get mad at people for confusing you with another gender, slipping up on the pronouns, forgetting, etc. If it becomes a constant issues (e.g. More than a few times within a brief period) wait until their not busy, pull them aside, and politely remind them. If you get mad at them for slipping up, its not them that are the asshole.
No they're just being a normal human. If some cunt says 'I identify as an egg and my PRONOUNS are gagsh/yeyru/ueieidididi', I'm gonna call them a mindless retard and refuse to acknowledge their precious pronouns.
I'm going to refer to a person based on their sex (only time they are allowed to choose is when they are born with both sexual organs) and if they keep acting up telling me to acknowledge their bullshit pronouns and gender im going to start referring to them as "it, that".
you are aware of the fact that they are called gender pronouns and gender and sex are not the same thing ?

OP seems like an idiot..I've grown up playing Pokemon, the media told me about pokemon, and their names. Certain pronouns and/or identities weren't something I knew of until recently. If the pronoun/identity is a bit complicated for me to understand, then I'll tell you,and allow you to give me the necessary info so I don't end up misgendering you. But if I still accidentally slip up,POLITELY LET ME KNOW AND I'LL CORRECT MYSELF. If you get all pissed at me for accidentally slipping up,however, then I'll tell you to go screw yourself. You respect me and my gender,I'll respect you and your gender. Simple as that.

Why do people pronounce Pokemon as "Poke-EE-mohn"? It's "POKE-eh-mohn".
