I actually had someone explain this to me and boy, I gotta tell ya, it not worth the frustration.

It's from Spongebob, the episode where they discover this new word that sounds like a dolphin chirp (therefore the dolphins). In one scene Spongebob greets Patrick like : Hey, Patrick, how the [dolphin chirp] are ya? ....
Then Mr.Krabs goes on to explain that this is one of the 13 bad words for sailors. Stay awesome Funsubbers:)
