The struggles

One time, my 6th grade social studies teacher got mad at me because I colored my people orange. She said, quote, "people don't have orange skin". Has she not met our friend Donald?

Funny story: In year 3 at primary school, we had to draw a picture of three people. Nobody in particular, just three people, they were trying to teach us about multiculturalism because the school was in a predominantly white area. There were four people on my table and each of us had drawn three white (pink) people, all with blond or ginger hair and blue eyes. When the teacher, who was pretty mad, asked us why, one boy looked her dead in the eye and said "we only had those four colouring pencils". I think the teacher might still hate us for that
