It hurt but I had to do it

I have to apply for university grants and loans, but they won't let me log in to the student finance centre and apparently I have to phone the centre up and I'm having a crisis because I legitimately freak out having to talk to people on the phone. I really can't adult properly.

Reason #1 I didn't go to college.
