My brother, who uses his phone while driving 99% of the time, showed me this two days ago and I said "I'm gonna do this to you next time." and he was like "no, don’t. Thats creepy." -_-
It's Illegal over here to use your mobile while driving. And since the majority of offenders are young people I think this is an effective advertisement. It's easy, It doesn't require you to say anything to the driver. I mean how hard is it to simply put your hand out to someone.
And to answer the guests question, It might not save lives, but it WILL prevent accidents and hopefully alter the mind set of the younger generation who use their phones almost constantly, including while driving.
