I'm trying but I'm not interested in stuff. Everyone goes clubbing and I hate that.

The trick is to start small, go to the shop, have a shower, do some housework, then gradually build up so eventually you can meet up with friends or go to work (or whatever you personally struggle with). It's not easy and you will slip up and still spend days hiding in bed, but it is possible and it will make you feel better.
Why do think that because I'm depressed I 'hide in bed' and don't shower etc?

I was more replying to the general conversation rather than directly to you and I certainly didn't mean to imply that, they were just examples from my own experience.
