Yeah because he went to school practically his entire life to be trained in how to do this kind of sculpture, while probably also spending a year or two actually crafting it.

But in this context, rape does not mean sexual assault or really harm in anyway. It's like the Roman law raptus meaning he abducted her or stole her away without permission of her male guardian
