The reason BC looks weird is cuz his eye lights are tightly stretched over his eyes, causing the pupils to point in slightly differing directions. Then, his lips are unnaturally long and straight except for the huge bump in the center. I think there isn't enough skin on his face, and that's why he looks so unnerving.
