Can't keep this facade up anymore

My left sock always turns around so the bottom ends up on the top of my foot.

I once had to pretend everything was fine, even though there was tissue stuck inside my nose after I used it to sneeze, and everytime someone looked at me, I had to pretend to be fine even if every second I was concerned it would just disappear and I ended up choking.
