Actually, they say 99.9% because they could get sued if they said 100%

Ya but I mean it doesn't kill all of the bacteria which then develops into super bacteria.

And then there's the fact that it kills the good with the bad. Use it constantly and you'll probably get a cold. My family went on a cruise for my grandparents' 50th anniversary and it happened to us be caused they forced us to everywhere
