What? No it doesn't it just prehighlights your previously used app. If you pull that menu a bit more up, your can see the other options too

Nah, mine doesn't even show that menu a second time, I have to reset app defaults each time I want to force that menu to show. Looks like they removed that setting. Which sucks, because I'm not ready for that kind of commitment either.
