On average, I'd say about 13 out of 10 people claim to give 110%. The fools.

The people who say this are in essence saying to push yourself past what you believe to be your limit. They aren't idiots for being smarter than the average person, or trying tp be better than the average athlete.

Not if you work retail. Then you are always expected to give 110% and then some
