Everyone who says this is stupid doesn't get it. It's a braid. You take off the elastic and unbraiding it. It's extremely simple. Wow.

The girl on the left's arm goes under the girl on the right's arm but since the purple shirt is styled to drape, it looks like the arm is missing. XD
