Not so sure about Harry Potter with that downside...

There's a five millennia list I have of my favorite villains I cannot pick one

Almost every character is a "villain" to someone else in the book.... loophole found, button pushed.

Kaguya is pretty good looking

does draco malfoy count? or would voldemort be the 'villain'?...

Loki? Bertholdt? Moriarty? LOKI??? L O K I ?

Joker? Loki? Ajax? Red Skull? Zod? Madara?

Well if you don't like them, you can just kill the or divorce and still live in that land. Though personally i would still stay married to the villain. Who wouldn't want to marry Matneto?

Oops didn't see that it said book, I would still marry Caine from the Gone series!
