You do not pronounce Bretagne as Britney. I haven't read the post yet, and I'm going to right now, I just wanted to say that you do NOT pronounce Bretagne as if the pup was fucking Britney Spears.
The owner legit looks like a nice person but her language skills must be a bit off. Or maybe whoever made this post didn't quite catch the pronunciation.
