This world right now has an exponentially increasing amount of stimulus per person. Has anyone ever considered the possibility that this craving of "quiet time" is due to the overwelming amount of stimulation we are exposed to every day? Why not intentionally start removing the usless stimuli? Remember, almost every app and website exsists for the purpose of taking money from you and getting it to someone else. They are all engineered to be addicting! Sorry FS, but you are no different. (Yes i see the irony of this post).
Until your brain decides "Hey, you know what we should talk about? Demons and monsters!"

After going to public school for 13 years. I've determined that my circadian rhythm is just fixed or something. I got up at 6 AM sharp every morning for school all those years, but no matter how much sleep I got the night prior I would be exhausted. My body ideally goes to bed at 3-6 AM and wakes up at 2-4 PM, now that I'm out of school and work my own hours.
*comes back panting and hungry af*
