Insects don't have a blood stream, instead the air just streams into their body. However, if ants were the size of a human, the organs would need much more oxygen than actually contained in the air. That's why scientists believe there existed insects of terrifying size in earlier stages of the earth's history, when the atmospheric oxygen percentage was significantly higher.
Presuming you could make the stack without any of them falling over, the ones in our atmosphere would be crushed to death and the ones in the thinnest parts of our atmosphere or in space would die of suffocation. Lol. Who would surive?
