*insert title about Pokemon Go*

I don't get all of these stories about people breaking into houses to get Pokemon or going into their backyard to do it... You know you don't have to be on top of the Pokemon to get it right? Once it pops up, even if it is just at the edge of your screen, you can still tap on it and catch it... Anyone else think this?
