What if we used to be able to make wishes

I am so sorry, when i was little i got scared because my brother wished for dinosaurs to come back alive using the wish fron his birthday candles. So, on my birthday, the day after, i wished for everyones wishes to never be true, even those made before and after that wish. I am sorry....
